Refunds and Cancelation
You are eligible for a refund if:
- Your items arrive damaged
- Your order gets lost in transit
- You cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase
It is the Buyers responsibility to check with their local customs to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws.
If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at
dogilystore@gmail.com including a photo of the damaged item, and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
