Refunds and Cancelation

You are eligible for a refund if:

  1. Your items arrive damaged
  2. Your order gets lost in transit
  3. You cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase
We will issue refunds on items damaged in transit, and ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will require photo of the damaged item. We will not refund items confiscated by your local customs.

It is the Buyers responsibility to check with their local customs to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. 

If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at
dogilystore@gmail.com including a photo of the damaged item, and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
